At Peachtree Academy, we believe technology integration is a key component to preparing our students for the highly competitive and mobile twenty-first century world As you visit Peachtree Academy, you will see students supporting their learning while in our dedicated computer labs, collaborating with peers using tablets or researching using their school issued Chromebooks in the high school.Lower School Grades
In Lower School, grades Pk – 5th, students have access to Chromebooks and Tablets in their classrooms. A dedicated computer lab allows students further opportunities to explore and engage in high level STEM activities along with introductory keyboarding and language exploration.
Middle School
All middle school students, 6th – 8th grade, are equipped with Chromebooks for their academic needs. Students have access to study lounges and lab areas dedicated to supporting their learning. Specific focal points include STEM, research, note taking, classroom presentations, keyboarding skills and much more.
High School
High School students in grades 9th – 12th are issued their own Chromebooks. Students use their device to document learning through taking notes, conducting class research, taking notes and creating presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software.
