What Is the Georgia Promise Scholarship?

The Georgia Promise Scholarship is a new initiative allowing eligible families to receive annual state funds that can be applied toward private school tuition, fees, and educational support services.

Who Is Eligible?

To qualify, students must:

Be a Georgia resident
Have attended a Georgia public school the prior school year OR be enrolling in Kindergarten or 1st grade
Meet the eligibility requirements as outlined by the Georgia Department of Education

How to Apply

Steps:

Visit the Georgia Department of Education to ensure your student meets the scholarship requirements.

Complete the application during the open window: June 1–30, 2025. ➡ Begin Application
🎯 Select Peachtree Academy
Choose Peachtree Academy as your participating private school.
🏫 Apply to Peachtree Academy
Families must also complete the Peachtree Academy admissions process and be approved based on our academic and behavioral standards.

Important Dates

June 1–30, 2025 – Second application window opens
August 2025 – Funds distributed and applied to tuition
