Georgia GOAL Scholarship

Peachtree Academy participates in the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, which provides tuition scholarships to eligible students attending participating private schools.

Student eligibility may include:

• Georgia residency
• Meeting applicable public-school attendance requirements
• Eligibility to enroll in a qualified Pre-K4, kindergarten or first-grade program, when applicable
• Meeting Peachtree Academy admission requirements
• Demonstrated financial need

How families begin the process

Parents do not submit a scholarship application directly to Georgia GOAL. Families interested in a GOAL Scholarship should first work with Peachtree Academy. Participating schools recommend eligible students to GOAL based on student eligibility, demonstrated financial need and the availability of scholarship funds.

A GOAL Scholarship is not guaranteed, and scholarship amounts may vary based on a family's financial circumstances and available scholarship funding.

Georgia Promise Scholarship

The Georgia Promise Scholarship provides eligible students with state-funded educational assistance that may be used toward approved educational expenses, including tuition and fees at participating private schools.

General eligibility requirements include:

• The student must generally have been enrolled in a Georgia public school for two consecutive semesters or be a rising kindergarten student.
• The student must reside in an eligible Georgia public-school attendance zone.
• A parent generally must have been a Georgia resident for at least one year, with an exception for qualifying active-duty military families.
• Families must meet all current requirements established by the Georgia Education Savings Authority.

Families should use the official Georgia Promise pre-screen tool and current eligible attendance-zone information before applying. Eligibility is determined by the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program, not by Peachtree Academy.

Georgia Special Needs Scholarship

The Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Program, often referred to in connection with SB-10, provides eligible students with an opportunity to attend an authorized participating private school using state scholarship funding.
