Parent Teacher Fellowship
At Peachtree Academy, we believe that strong partnerships between families and our school community help students thrive. Every enrolled family is automatically a member of the Peachtree Academy Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF).
Our PTF exists to strengthen our school community by encouraging parent involvement, supporting school events, and creating meaningful opportunities for families to connect while enhancing the student experience.
Membership Information
Annual Family Membership: $25 per family
Your annual PTF membership fee is conveniently billed through your FACTS account.
Your membership includes:
- One complimentary PTF t-shirt per family
- Opportunities to volunteer throughout the school year
- Invitations to school events and family activities
- The chance to make a meaningful impact in our Peachtree community

Peachtree Academy is proud to have one unified Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) serving both our Covington and Conyers campuses. By working together as one community, we can better support our students, teachers, staff, and families while creating memorable experiences throughout the school year.
The PTF helps organize and support many of our school’s special events, celebrations, and volunteer initiatives. Rather than relying on a small group of volunteers, each event will have its own committee of parents working together to make it successful.
Examples of committee opportunities include:

- Fundraising Initiatives

As each event approaches, we will be looking for committee chairs and committee members to help plan and coordinate these activities. Whether you’d like to lead a committee or simply volunteer your time, there is a place for everyone to get involved.
No matter how much time you have to give—even if it’s just an hour here and there—your involvement makes a tremendous difference.

🍎 Grandparents Breakfast
Help plan and support this special morning celebrating our Peachtree grandparents and families.
💛 Spirit Nights & Fundraising
Help coordinate family spirit nights, fundraising opportunities, and other activities that support our school.
🤠 Homecoming Dance
Help bring our Country Western Homecoming celebration to life through decorating, setup, refreshments, and event support.
🎃 Trunk or Treat
Help plan one of our favorite fall family events, including trunks, activities, decorations, and event-day support.
✨ Gala Sponsorship Outreach
Help connect Peachtree Academy with local businesses and community partners interested in supporting our annual Gala.
Whether you have one hour, a few evenings, or want to take the lead on an event, there is a place for you!

Volunteer Information
Peachtree Academy families are encouraged to be actively involved in school life. As outlined in the Family Handbook, each family is expected to complete 12 volunteer hours during the school year.
Serving through the PTF is one of the best ways to fulfill those hours while building relationships with other families and investing in our school community.
